Canada: Nou tauler de joc. You must be an Authorized exporter to prove EU origin of goods, it is not valid to be AEO.
Under the CETA treaty (EU-Canada global economic and trade agreement), in order to prove the European origin of the goods, an “Authorized Exporter” authorization must be obtained. This is the only way to benefit from customs benefits and to prove the European origin of the goods in export operations to Canada. This requirement also includes small shipments (it is necessary to have the Authorized Exporter authorization for all operations). Therefore, the EUR1 will not be used, under any circumstances.
In Guiex we have a team with experience advising and processing this type of authorizations.
