OBJECTIUS
The increase in international trade and the global position of many companies means that the exporting country does not coincide with the seller of the goods. This circumstance leads us to understand what triangular operations are, how they work, the types and the problems of their application in concrete cases.
A distinction must be made between transparent and opaque triangular transactions (correct document management is the key to ensuring confidentiality), intra-community triangular transactions (only for VAT purposes) and extra-community triangular transactions. And within the scope of the latter, in mixed and pure extra-community triangulars (the existence of aranzelary preferences is the determining issue of the operation).
